Residential Services

BASIC SERVICE: is just that; mowing, trimming,edging and clean up afterwards on a regular basis.  No extra’s; commonly called Mow & Go. AVAILABLE YEAR ROUND: Weekly-12 Monthly payments

PREMIUM SERVICE: A full complete package for those who want everything done by us so you don’t have too.  This is our most popular plan, AVAILABLE YEAR ROUND: Weekly-12 Monthly payments.

ON CALL SERVICE: Don’t feel like cutting your yard this week, going out of town, sick or injured.  Please let us know 24hrs in advance so I can put you on the next days schedule.  All “On Call” cuts are due upon completion.  If going out of town, they must be pre-paid.

FREE SERVICE VISITS: As always, we are here to help. Any time you have questions or concerns between your regularly scheduled visits, call us. We will advise you on your lawn and landscape, and do whatever  we can to help.

Plan #1 – Premium Weekly Service

Schedule for Weekly Service (26-30 mowing times per season):

ALL of the extras listed below are included with this Premium Service Plan:

• Mowing Lawn (mulching),trimming around fences & trees, edging sidewalks, drives,
  & borders and blow off all sidewalks, porches, and drives.
• Trim all shrubs and bushes; as needed .
• Planters/Bed maintenance; weeds & grass removed as needed
• Mulching Beds,Turning Mulch or Adding a New Top Layer – Labor $40 per hour plus the cost of mulch (if needed).

Plan #2 – Basic Weekly Service (Mow & Go)

Schedule for Weekly Service (26-30 mowing times per season):

ALL of the extras listed below are EXTRA with this Service Plan:

• Trimming around fences & trees, edging sidewalks, drives, & borders and blow off all sidewalks, porches, and drives.
• Trim all shrubs and bushes; as needed .
• Planters/Bed maintenance; weeds & grass removed as needed.
• Mulching Beds,Turning Mulch or Adding a New Top Layer – Labor $40 per hour plus the cost of mulch (if needed).

• Sprinkler Repair
• Hedge Trimming
• Bed Maintenance
• Planting
• Yard Clean-Ups, Debris Removal, or Leaf Removal: Throughout the year, there comes a time and need for a yard clean-up. We are no strangers to pulling weeds, one-time mowing jobs, setting new edges on lawns, removing unwanted debris and most anything else that needs attention in your yard. Prices start at $35 per hour. Leaf removal is $35 per hour mulched thoroughly, and $50 per hour for bagging and setting them at your trash area, $55 per hour for us to haul off.
• Planters/Flower Bed Maintenance Weeding $ 35.00 per hour

*One hour minimum, removal of all weeds, and grass

• Adding Mulch: $40.00 per hour labor + Mulch: Helps keep unwanted weeds out of your planter garden area’s. helps hold soil moisture and insulate against extreme temperatures. Premium hardwoods, red shred, cypress are some decorative colors are available as well.
